Unity World Building Workflow Challenge

Challenge: Use the supplied map/world design example to build a multi-biome large-scale world in Unity. Terrain features should match the biome. Biomes include Snowy Mountain Biome (like Caradhras from Lord of the Rings), High-Plains biome (like Rohan from Lord of the Rings), Meadow Biome (like the Shire from Lord of the Rings), Volcanic Biome (like Mordor from Lord of the Rings), Desert Dunes (like the planet in Dune). Individual region masks have been provided below, as well as the source file used to make the maps/masks below. The resulting grid of terrains should have multiple biomes (sometimes up to 3) existing on the same terrain tiles in places shown in the squares below. For our purposes "Biomes" consist of terrain features, textures, as well as vegetation. Terrain Texturing + vegetation placement should happen via rules or some automated workflow.

So far, I have been unable to accomplish a workflow that achieves all of the above at once using any asset I have purchased on the asset store. Usually, I run into some texture limit, or a world that is simply too much on memory resources (over 64GB of RAM) to generate out. If someone IS able to come up with a working workflow to accomplish a pre-planned multi-biome, region based world like this I would LOVE to see a tutorial video or series created about it.
